"Ease of international ordering an unusual delight."
Ordering from Britain from a German company for delivery of an item to Belgium was unbelievably simple and straightforward. The written text on the website was in perfect English and the opportunity to input my English address and credit card details alongside my daughter's address in Brussels without hassle was a breath of fresh air. Often I am frustrated when trying to order from foreign websites because it is all so complicated and I give up in disgust. In contrast, this experience was a delight. "B-Stock bass"
I ordered a B-Stock bass guitar. When it was delivered it was missing a minor part of one of the tuning pegs, a rather aesthetic than technicalical problem. I contacted the customer service, they asked me to confirm my shipping address and the missing part was delivered in 2 workdays. So it was very quick and professional.

Right from my initial contact to order a new guitar Thomann were brilliant, they kept me up to date during the process and the delivery was precise too. They really do care about the customer and I can't speak highly enough of them. The guitar was quality and it was in perfect condition on arrival so give credit where it's due. Excellent.

"Amazing Returns Experience"
I ordered a DAW software for live recording and could not download it because my machine did not have enough memory - my fault. Thomann graciously refunded me the entire amount. This was above and beyond and rare to find in today's retail world! I will shop with them from now on!

"Excellent company to deal with"
Excellent and professional company to deal with. It’s not easy to get hold of a left handed violin but they actually had a choice of quality instruments. I’m a 73 yr old amateur who now has a Klaus Heffler No6/OL SE violin that sounds warm, rich and great to play. It has also impressed my music teacher.
