Wanted a new guitar but didn’t fancy paying all at once. Thomann’s finance was simple. Got approved fast. Order went through fine. Really happy.

I was kind of disappointed, honestly. The range felt Really thin, and I couldn’t even find some basic stuff I expected them to have. just not a great experience for me.

I had to send something back and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but the refund came through faster than I thought it would. Support got back to me quickly and didn’t overcomplicate anything, which I appreciate. I guess if a return goes this smoothly, the shop must be doing most things right. No drama at all, I’d use Thomann again

I just had a bad gut feeling after placing my order and dealing with how everything was handled. The replies took longer than I expected and didn’t really clear things up for me. In the end, DHL just asked me to pay the import VAT and fee, which I did, and then the parcel started moving again the next day. Thomann seemed to have all the paperwork sorted properly, so thankfully it didn’t get held up for ages or anything.
I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the extra charge wasn’t totally obvious to me at checkout, though maybe I just missed it. Still, the pedal arrived safely, and even with the added fee it worked out cheaper than buying from some UK shops.

I ordered a B-stock guitar from thomann.co.uk because the listing made it sound like it only had light signs of use. I wasn’t expecting it to look brand new, but I did expect it to be fairly close to the description. Instead, it arrived with a cracked knob, scratches all over the back, and packaging that looked like it had already been through plenty of rough trips.

The gap between what was advertised and what actually turned up was frustrating. I get that B-stock comes with some wear, but this felt way beyond that. Then I had to spend extra time taking photos and dealing with the return, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It’s definitely made me think twice about ordering from them again
